The Pioneer Library System is a New York State chartered, cooperative public library system providing cost-sharing services to the forty-two public libraries in Livingston, Ontario, Wayne and Wyoming counties. Its mission is to improve and expand library service through leadership, education, advocacy and enhanced resource sharing.
