Wood Library 5K, Fun Run and Story Walk
| What? A FUN summer-time race event in beautiful, historic Canandaigua. Prizes, entertainment, family-friendly activities, and refreshments! This event is a fundraiser to support Wood Library's summer reading programs for children and teens. Studies show that when kids read during summer months, they are more ready to learn when school starts. Our librarians are planning lots of terrific activities to keep kids engaged in reading and learning in a fun, creative environment. That's why your participation in this event is so important! Your registration helps to fund hundreds of activities to keep Canandaigua-area youth reading, learning, and creating during the summer. |
