"Talk Saves Lives" suicide prevention forum at Bloomfield Central School
The forum is aimed at preventing suicide in Ontario County, where many families have already lost loved ones who have taken their own lives.
People are talking about suicide to help others. No longer in the shadows, suicide is the 10th leading cause of death nationwide.
The forum is free and open to the public. The event from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Bloomfield Central School was spearheaded by Partnership for Ontario County’s Suicide Prevention Coalition. American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Ontario County Public Health are also involved and will provide information and resources available locally.

DETAILS: Community members will learn how together we can prevent suicide in Ontario County. A resource table will be provided by the Suicide Prevention Coalition. This event is sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Partnership for Ontario County, Ontario County Public Health and Ontario County Mental Health.
