Join the Center's Chef Instructor as they lead you through a culinary tour of the Italian peninsula and surrounding islands In this class, you'll work in teams of two to prepare one of the following dishes and share family-style Menu: Farro & Chickpea Soup Tuscan Chicken Mushroom Risotto Beet & Crab Salad Filet & Cauliflower with Spinach Pesto Spiced Apples with Raisins
