Reconnect with Yourself & Live with Mindful Intention at Sonnenberg Gardens

A half day women’s retreat at beautiful Sonnenberg Gardens in Canandaigua on Friday, September 20, 2019, 8:45am-1:00pm. Hosted by Quest Potential Leadership Coaching & Light and Life Yoga By Dianne.

Join us for a nurturing journey as we stroll through the gardens and engage in a series of activities to build your resilience and sense of inner calm. Working with your two hosts, a registered yoga instructor and a certified leadership coach, you will be guided to engage in mindful meditation and intention setting, yoga breathwork, clarification of your goals and values, reflective journaling, and energizing activities to spark your inner fire to lead your life from the heart. Build confidence, a sense of empowerment and a renewed vitality while you ease stress and anxiety. Complete the morning with a nourishing vegetarian lunch, vibrant conversation with others and a renewed sense of purpose. Event price also includes full-day access to the Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion State Historic Park. Please bring a blanket or mat to sit on, and a pen & journal.

After the event, stay for an optional gentle/moderate yoga session from 1:30-2:30, $15 per person, paid in cash only day of event. Interested parties should bring a yoga mat.
