Kitchen FUNdamentals - Soups at NYWCC
Homemade soups are great for dinner with a light salad or sandwich. They can also be done ahead of time to be ready for those weeknight dinners on the run. In this class, you’ll sample a hearty vegetable soup as the chef discusses ways to adjust the recipe to include your favorite ingredients. You will also learn the foundational skills of stock making.
