Kitchen FUNdamentals - Risotto at the NYWCC

Risotto is a traditional Italian dish made with rice, cooked to a creamy consistency. With the proper instruction, risotto is not difficult to make and can be a quick and hearty meal at home. This class is hands on, from the preparation and cooking the rice to making your very own signature risotto dish. New York State wine will be served with your meal.
