HypnoBirthing Classes at A-Mae-Zing Mind Body Soul Center
HypnoBirthing ® is a philosophy and method of childbirth preparation that relies heavily on conditioning the body and mind to soften and relax in the face of stress and tension. The teachings are invaluable and last far beyond the labor and birthing phases.
Class series' are divided into 5 weekly meetings, each lasting 2.5 hrs in length.
