Friends of Canandaigua Canine Campus (CCC) and Hope In Art Studio present Going to the Dogs, a juried animal-themed art exhibit and silent auction to benefit Canandaigua Canine Campus, the City of Canandaigua’s future dog park. The exhibit kicks off with a public preview on Saturday, March 31, 2018, 11AM-4PM, and runs through April 28th at Hope In Art Studio, 144 Mill Street, behind Main Street in Canandaigua. Public preview visitors receive a free raffle ticket at the door, enjoy light refreshments and meet artists. Learn more about Canandaigua Canine Campus, CCC’s Pet Memorial Rock Garden and Hope In Art Studio painting classes, including upcoming animal-themed rock painting. Other special events associated with Going to the Dogs include Saturday, April 7th, 4PM – 7PM, Wine Walk Stop. Hope In Art Studio is a wine stop during downtown Canandaigua’s Wine Walk event. Free raffle ticket to participants who stop in. Exhibit, silent auction, raffles open. Saturday, April 21st, 4PM – 7PM, Wild Family Fun at the Studio! Special appearance by Wildlife Rockstars, a Bridges for Brain Injury education outreach program featuring live native and exotic animals. Door prizes: chance for a free Wildlife Encounters Birthday Party package (value $250) OR a free “Families Create” night at Hope In Art Studio, each family member paints a canvas to fit together as one work (value $20 per family member).
