Free Flu Shot Clinic at Canandaigua YMCA

For uninsured & under-insured

In partnership with Constellation Brands, CMAC and the Canandaigua Family YMCA, Thompson Health is offering a free flu clinic for the uninsured and under-insured. Shots are available to adults and children ages 9 and older.
The 2017 - 2018 vaccine provides protection against two Type A and two Type B flu viruses which includes H3N2 and H1N1.

As we head into flu season, these community partners share a collective goal to ensure that everyone in our community is protected, regardless of insurance status.

The free flu shot clinic is made possible from “tips” collected by Constellation Brands employees who volunteer at the Robert Mondavi, Arbor Mist, Tom Gore, Woodbridge, Corona, Ballast Point and Modelo concession tents during the 2017 summer CMAC concert series. Constellation Brands generously matches the donations. Remaining funds are designated for Wilmot Cancer Institute’s Sands Cancer Center Patient Needs Fund. This fund helps patients who are undergoing treatment and have identified financial constraints. It assists with the unexpected costs of a long illness, providing financial assistance for necessities such as groceries, fuel for transportation to/from medical appointments, and specialized medical needs.
