Flights of Fancy

Owl Light News will be accepting submissions to “Flights of Fancy” – its second 2019 Owl Vision edition – from April 1, 2019 thru June 1, 2019 (midnight). Our twice-yearly Owl Vision encourages community members who are not regular Owl Light News contributors to submit creative writing, 2-D art and hybrid creations for consideration.  The chosen pieces will be published in our July “Flights of Fancy” edition of Owl Light News (in print and online).   One featured writer/artist will receive $75 and a one-year mailed subscription to Owl Light News (a $100 value); all other selected writers/artists will receive a one-year mailed Owl Light News subscription.
