DAV Chapter 4 Canandaigua & Finger Lakes provides direct assistance to local Veterans at the Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC), Canandaigua Veterans Club, the Blue Star Mothers Canteen and other individual local Veterans in need, some who have fallen through the cracks of the system.
