Alina Nadir, Associate at Underberg & Kessler. Proficient in Spanish and Dari, Alina is also fluent in a language that often seems foreign to her clients' the law. With experience in employment law and litigation, she is able to translate complex legal issues for her clients so that they are prepared for every possible scenario. She also uses an equally important communication skill-listening. When her clients are confused or overwhelmed by the legal process, Alina believes it is important that they feel they are being heard, and that their attorney is a true champion for their cause.
Before joining Underberg & Kessler, Alina was an attorney at Brown & Hutchinson LLP. She also worked as a regional coordinator for the New York State Senate. A seasoned traveler, Alina's knowledge of the world and different cultures adds depth to her problem-solving skills. She is able to look at legal issues from various viewpoints, and thrives in the challenging environment of litigation. Whether she is defending a small business owner in an employment discrimination matter or representing a major retailer in a personal injury case, she is caring, determined, and detailed--the kind of attorney any client would want in their corner.
