This 3-part experiential workshop will allow your teen to learn culinary fundamentals from a tenured Chef Instructor. Knife skills, produce identification and fabrication, protein fabrication, cooking methods, plating techniques and – to top it off, a "market basket challenge" on the last day! Learn skills that will last a lifetime in the Center’s Jade Range Hands-On Kitchen.
