Join the Center’s Chef Instructor for an immersive hands-on tour of the famous foods from this outstanding state! Prepare one of four selections that highlight the rich culinary history of New York State.
Our Chef Instructor will instruct on knife skills, cooking methods, healthy choices, portion control, menu creation, and tricks of the trade. Contribute to a buffet of New York centric dishes and leave the cleanup to us!
