Health Insurance
The Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce offers eighteen medical insurance plans and two dental plans. Participation in any of these plans requires Chamber membership and receipt of your insurance application by the Chamber by the 12th of any month.
Both insurance companies (Excellus and MVP Health Care) require individual businesses to submit their Schedule C and NYS 45 with the subscriber’s application from the prior year’s income taxes.
